Ordering

  • When ordering products that require refrigeration, it is your responsibility to collect them in a timely manner. We recommend bringing an esky to keep your products cool. – they are ordered at your own risk.

  • If you are using your mobile phone, please make sure to have cookies and javascript enabled. Otherwise, PayPal will not let you make your payment.

    For any other issues with the website or ordering please contact us.

    It is helpful to know what type of device you are using (ie mobile or desktop), what browser (ie Internet Explorer, Firefox etc), any error messages incurred and on what page the error happened.

  • You can pick up your order right here at the farm. At the checkout, simply select pick-up and your preferred day. Easy!

    Please note, pick-up point and delivery days are set days and times and are to be unable to be changed.

  • Online orders close Monday nights weekly.

    Please note: If ordering bread orders need to be in by Sunday nights weekly.

Produce

  • Organic farms still use some chemicals but the chemicals they use are approved by the Organic Association.

    Chemical-free farms on the other hand are exactly that, chemical-free!

    Magic Meadow is a chemical-free farm which means that you get to pick your veggies amongst the weeds (since our veggie paddocks are chemical-free).

  • People have been eating raw honey for centuries as it is rich in food value ie. it is very good for you.

    Now, regular honey purchased from many sources has been heated to such high temperatures that its organic food value has been killed.

    When we process our honey, however, we do not heat it up, we do not add ANY ingredients to it and we do not blend it with other honey. I

    t’s straight from the hives and the only time it leaves our farm is with you.

  • One way is to buy your honey from a local Bee Keeper. But first, ask them how they process it BUT, don’t ask them if they heat it up when processing.

    Another way is to look at your honey. In raw honey, you are bound to see small bits of honeycomb and raw honey WILL crystalise if you don’t eat it fast enough.

    If you put your honey container outside on a warm day or in a bowl of warm water it will return to liquid honey again.

  • Please note that we are closed during the Victorian school holidays.

    If you come to our farm to get some farm fresh produce on Saturdays, make sure to drive right up to the house as we don’t leave produce at the actual gate.

    If you become friends with us on Facebook, you will see each Sunday what we have available for the following week.

    We create an event, join our event and you will get produce updates as they happen.

Workshops & Farm Visits

  • You sure can! We love visitors, we just like to know when you’re coming. Call Debbie to arrange a visit to our farm on 0418 148 997

  • If you inform us at least 7 days prior we are more than happy to help you by transferring you to another date.

    If you give us less than 24 hours verbal notice, we will do what we can to place you in another workshop as soon as possible.

  • We run a variety of cheese making and bread making workshops. For a full list, head to our workshop page here.

  • You’ll need to bring:

    • An eskie, to keep your produce cool on the ride home

    • Air tight containers to take your goodies home in

    • If it’s cold, bring a jacket as we’ll be outdoors in the fresh air

Gift Vouchers

  • Yes, you can. We will accept orders online using credit card or via phone and direct deposit. Having issues? Simply, contact us to discuss.

  • Once you’ve selected your voucher amount, add the voucher to your cart.

    At the checkout you will be given the option of sending the voucher to your email address or to your recipient’s email address.

  • Neither! All of our gift vouchers are digital/online.

  • No worries, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll reissue the voucher.

    Please note, you will need the name, contact details and email address used when purchasing the voucher to verify and have it reissued.

  • Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

  • Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.

  • When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied.

    It's not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

  • No. Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts apply to orders made using a gift card.

  • No. When purchasing a gift voucher, you’ll be sent directly to the checkout.

    To purchase multiple vouchers, you’ll need to do each individually.

  • No, but if you have a specific amount in mind, contact our team and we’ll organise a custom one for you.

  • No. It's not possible to add value to a gift card after it's sold.

  • No. Gift vouchers and remaining amounts can not be redeemed for cash.

  • Our gift vouchers are only valid at Magic Meadow produce.
